Windows Client changes

We don't update the Windows Client very often. But when we do, it's important you understand what to do, and what to do if you have problems.

What to do

When you click on the INRstar desktop icon, you will see an Application Update box.


Click the 'OK' button.

The new Windows Client will then be installed in place of the existing one. This may take a few minutes.


INRstar will then open and be ready to use.


What to do if you have problems

Problems installing the Windows Client are often to do with security limits implemented by your local IT department. Please contact them in the first instance, to install INRstar for you.
