Patient Audit Trail
The patient audit trail contains details of all activities performed for the selected patient in chronological order. It may be helpful to view the audit trail to understand the sequence of events in case of a problem developing in the patient’s INR treatment.
To view the patient audit trail:
Click on 
on the relevant patient’s record screen.
Each entry is listed with the name of the logged-on user responsible for the entry.
The audit trail can be navigated by clicking the links at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that the patient audit trail records actions at the patient level. For further details of an individual treatment inspect the INR treatment audit trail.
