This page is informing you that we're updating our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and End User Licence Agreements on 31 May 2018.The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an opportunity for us to further strengthen our approach to data privacy, security and Information Governance Strategy.
A key part of that strategy is to ensure that you are aware of the data we hold, how it is processed and how you, as a data controller or data subject, can apply for your rights as set out by GDPR.

This portal contains all the currently applied legal documentation which governs how we manage data and will be updated as amendments are released.
We also hold ISO27001 (Information Security Management) certification as well as the NHS Digital Information Governance Toolkit Registration (Number:8HJ69) and we adhere to all of the Caldicott Guardian Guidelines.
