'No Diagnosis' Message

If a 'No Diagnosis' warning message appears when opening up a patient's record, this means that it has not been possible to migrate the patient's diagnosis from the earlier version of INRstar.

The warning message will also appear on the patient's record page.


The warning message displays the patient's previous diagnosis to help with choosing a diagnosis for the patient in the new version.

To add a diagnosis to the patient, click on the  tab.


Click the  button.

Choose the diagnosis from the drop down list.

Note: This will reset the patient's target INR and duration to the default for the selected diagnosis.

Click the  button to save your changes and be able to treat the patient.
